Phil decided that despite Southern California’s inviting beaches and spectacular coastline, nothing can compare to the natural beauty and wonder of Central Virginia, where he grew up and went to school. His goal with founding PJ Networks after his return to Virginia was to exceed the high level of customer service that he provided to clients in California, but keep the expense of that professional service affordable to all local businesses, meanwhile staying on top of the latest products and services available in the world of technology. As the Administrative Director of PJ Networks, his wife Kelly helps to keep the business running smoothly, and their daughter Cassidy enjoys being a precocious young lady and helping out whenever she can.
