Our friendly, experienced team has all of the tools necessary to clean up the ugliest of viruses, slow or crashing operating systems, broken screens, failed hard drives – you name it! We can almost always get your computer cleaned up and back in good working order without having to wipe everything and start from scratch, and we never outsource repairs – we do all of the work right here in our shops, so your data is never at risk of being lost or stolen. We can also upgrade your software and hardware, replace failed components and migrate all of your data to a new computer for you.
Cracked laptop screen? Missing keys? Won’t power on or won’t hold a charge? Relax – PJ Networks has you covered. We will diagnose exactly what is wrong with your computer and then offer you choices that you can afford, and we will explain them to you in a way that you can understand. You never have to feel embarrassed to ask us a computer question – that’s what we’re here for!
You don’t even need to know what’s wrong with your computer before you bring it into our shop. Whether something isn’t working right or the computer just seems to be running way too slow, all that you need to do is tell us as much as you can about the problem and then we’ll take it from there.
We charge a $75 diagnostic fee (which you do not have to pay up front) to take an in-depth look at your computer to determine what is wrong with it, and then we will call you back and give you an exact dollar amount for the repairs. The amount that we quote you is exactly what you will pay, and it includes the diagnostic fee. If you are unsatisfied with the quote and refuse repairs, then you only owe the $75 diagnostic charge.

We no longer offer in-home residential computer support, but if you can bring your computer into our shop, we’ll do out best to get it back in perfect working order!
