Time is money – we understand that doctors and their staff don’t have the time to get on the phone with software vendors to perform upgrades and troubleshoot problems when things aren’t working properly, so we become familiar with all of your medical vendors and work with them on your behalf when problems need to be resolved or upgrades need to happen.

Here are a few specific expectations that you can hold us to:

  • You do not need to submit support tickets in order to get assistance from our team.
  • We will always work with you to make recommended changes fit into your budget.
  • We will never try to sell you anything that you don’t need, and we will explain every recommendation as many times as it takes to get everyone on the same page..
  • We will call your software and hardware vendors on your behalf and work with them to troubleshoot issues and to perform upgrades; you will not have to do that.
  • We will be on site within one hour if you suffer any kind of network-wide emergency.
  • You will always be told in advance if anything we need to do will result in any additional charges to you. (no surprise invoices)
  • Your Primary Engineer will get to know your employees, your systems, and your software but we will always have backup engineers available in the event of emergencies.
  • You will always be able to reach an engineer when you need one.
  • We do not charge clients for calling us with questions, regardless of their support plan.
