The most recent Outlook update (version 2104 build 13929.20372) has been found to have a bug that makes text in the body of an email disappear when viewed in the Outlook desktop client, affecting users globally. Other issues have also been reported, like text disappearing while drafting an email. Microsoft has recommended that users utilize the Outlook Web App until the issue is resolved. Outlook Web App is unaffected by the recent desktop client update. In the event that you require the desktop application, you can attempt to rollback your Outlook app to a previous version (see following articles). Of course, we recommend asking for assistance from a professional for this, otherwise you do so at your own risk.
