FREE Computer Recycling

We will recycle your old computer in an environmentally friendly way - and destroy your old hard drive, too.

Computers and electronics contain toxic heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury and chromium, which can seep into the ground and poison the soil and groundwater for decades to come.  PJ Networks has worked out an arrangement with a computer recycling company that will take old computers from our shop to extract the valuable metals and any other materials that can be safely recycled.   They do not pay us for the old equipment - but we don't have to pay them, either; they get to sell the materials that they extract.

So, they make a little money from the computers that we give them, and we get to feel good about keeping those toxic materials from ending up in our dumps and landfills.  We want for you to enjoy the feeling of doing the right thing, too!

Just bring us your old computers, plat-panel monitors (no old-style CRT monitors, please), smaller printers, keyboards, mice and other peripherals, and we will take care of the rest.

It seems like such a little thing to do in the face of the enormous challenges that threaten our environment, but if every person could just do one little thing to help save the planet, that adds up to a whole lot of goodness!
