With the automation of equipment, basic inquiries can be handled via text or on a company website with the help of virtual assistants leading to shorter hold times, leading to happier customers.
AI use also raises concerns for the privacy and security of data. Businesses must offer a level of protection and transparency about data usage by adopting ethical practices that ensure privacy and safety are a top priority.
